English everywhere!

First of all, I always had an attraction to learn English since school, I learn a lot from a really good teachers inspiring me to know more about this beautiful language and also, I always play videogames that rarely was in Spanish... so, they helped me even more to develop my English knowledge.    My experience learning English at university was pretty good in general, I had classes with very well-prepared teachers that always had a good attitude to help me to correct my mistakes. Something that’s really great is that every class had a different topic that help to know new words and vocabulary and the blogs are an amazing tool too, developing your writing and thinking skills every week.     The main skill I still need to improve is the speaking, it’s difficult for me to thinking in real time the words I want to say, and I have nobody to start a conversation, ¡so annoyed and sad at the same time! I think a good idea would be trying to know people from aro...

Our beloved faculty

First of all, I love my career and there are a lot of positive things I can say about the curriculum and subjects we have to study in musical interpretation, but sadly there are also good ideas bad implemented in the curriculum that produce a waste of time in many cases.   A good example of this are some theoretical subjects when students of all careers have to assist and the format is like a “forum” led by various teachers, is a good idea to share opinions with different students from different careers, but manage a course with over 60 students and organize that is truly difficult, in my experience, it doesn't result well and neither productive.   Another point related to this kind of subjects are their extension over 3 hours, adding travel times to the faculty.. ¡Is a lot of time!, You spend a whole afternoon in these subjects, and when the career requires you to study every day your instrument a lot of hours, this is a huge problem with the main objective o...

Cities in the future!

Imagen
When I think about the future, I have very bad feelings because the future is the result of the actions in the present, and I am very concern about problems as climate change and how our planet is more damaged each day by contamination and bad decisions of the countries that affect our health and the ecosystems and cities we lived. However, thinking positive, there are many things I really like to see in the future, principally about astronomy and the discovered of new planets or even life in any part of the universe, and of course the first colonies on other planets, maybe Mars, I don’t know exactly what year It would be but that’s a time I would really like to travel!   Thinking about a place to go in the future, I would like to go to modern cities in USA or Europe and see how the amazing things we see in Science Fiction movies come true, maybe flaying cars, robots and holograms everywhere! It would be very fun and curious to interact with new technologies, new ways to com...
